Medical cases circulate every day through forums and groups, and most of them disappear: no structure, no context, no way to find them again a month later. MedicaseHub collects them, strips every identifying detail, and rebuilds each one into a format that reads quickly and consistently.
Every case goes through four steps before it is published: removal of identifying details, rewriting into the standard structure of presentation, assessment, intervention and outcome, addition of general clinical context, and a final review.
When a case includes operative images, they do not load automatically. The reader decides whether to see them through a separate click. This keeps the material available without forcing it on anyone.
MedicaseHub is not a diagnostic resource and does not replace a consultation. The writing aims to explain clinical decision-making, not to instruct treatment. Where a case involves judgement calls that clinicians disagree on, we say so rather than presenting one answer as settled.
If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it and note the change. Accuracy matters more here than in most subjects.
